Consultant Trainer – Risk Management in Real Estate Investment

About the role

Vision Reach Global Consultancy Limited is looking for experienced real‑estate professionals to deliver a specialised training course on risk management in real‑estate investment. The role involves creating and presenting practical, results‑oriented sessions for professionals in property development, asset management and financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver specialised training sessions on risk management, focusing on your area of expertise such as property asset management, syndications or REIT structuring.
• Develop practical training content covering asset performance, investment risk assessment, portfolio optimisation and mitigation strategies.
• Explain syndication structures, capital allocation, investor protection and associated risks where applicable.
• Present REIT portfolio structuring concepts, including asset allocation, diversification, valuation risks, liquidity management and regulatory considerations.
• Facilitate case studies, practical exercises and industry‑based discussions that link theory to real‑world investment decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Risk Management or a related field.
• Professional experience in at least one of the following: property asset management, property syndications, REIT portfolio structuring or real‑estate investment risk management.
• Strong practical knowledge of real‑estate investment analysis, property valuation, portfolio performance monitoring and risk assessment.
• Experience delivering professional training, workshops or consultancy engagements is highly desirable.
• Excellent presentation, communication and analytical skills with the ability to create industry‑relevant training for working professionals.
