Content Creator – On‑camera & Video Production

About the role

Tana is launching a free learning and career platform for early‑career professionals in Kenya. We are looking for a dynamic Content Creator who will become the on‑camera face of our channels, producing engaging video content that helps talent become more employable.

Key responsibilities

• Appear on camera as the recurring personality for Tana’s social channels.
• Own the full production cycle: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Build and maintain a content calendar, playbook, and production kit from scratch.
• Coordinate on‑camera appearances with team members and talent to showcase real career stories.
• Expand the content mix over time, using performance data to focus on the most effective formats.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio of video work demonstrating on‑camera presence and end‑to‑end production.
• 2‑5 years of relevant experience creating video content.
• Confident, authentic on‑camera style with a knack for storytelling.
• Self‑directed, organised and comfortable publishing consistently.
• Kenyan citizen based in Kenya.
