Content Lead

About the role

The Content Lead will drive the brand’s storytelling across all digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging that supports business growth, lead generation and audience engagement. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on content creation and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Create and maintain monthly and quarterly content calendars for social media, blog, website and other platforms.
• Identify content opportunities using audience insights, market trends and campaign priorities.
• Oversee content creation, publishing and optimisation across all channels, ensuring brand voice consistency.
• Lead audience growth initiatives, monitor engagement metrics and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Manage the blog strategy and long‑form content production, translating complex information into clear, engaging pieces.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate content into marketing campaigns.
• Review, approve and provide creative direction for multimedia and campaign assets.
• Analyse content performance, produce regular reports and recommend optimisation actions.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 4 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing or communications.
• Proven ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring content performance and ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
