Content Lead

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a Content Lead to own and execute the content roadmap for its AI‑powered health coaching apps. This senior position combines strategic planning with hands‑on creation, directly influencing user activation, engagement, and long‑term habit formation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a content roadmap aligned with product strategy, user insights, and quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross‑functional teams to embed content across onboarding, coaching journeys, habit‑formation interventions, and printable guides.
• Produce high‑quality in‑app articles, videos, scripts, guides, and social formats, working alongside a content manager.
• Build a lean, AI‑first content function, establishing editorial processes, QA systems, and documentation.
• Leverage advanced photo/video editing and AI‑enhanced tools to scale production and improve creative output.
• Lead short‑form content strategy for in‑app engagement across diverse demographics.
• Define KPIs, create dashboards, analyze performance data, and run structured A/B tests.
• Ensure all content is inclusive, evidence‑based, compliant, and grounded in behavior‑science best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, creation, and production within consumer digital products.
• 1–3+ years leading a content team or function.
• Proven track record of linking content roadmaps to product metrics such as activation and retention.

Required skills

• Advanced photo/video editing capabilities.
