Content & Social Media Executive

About the role

Lionston Real Estate Limited is looking for a creative and proactive Content & Social Media Executive to enhance its brand presence across digital channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Team to produce engaging content that supports property launches and promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Lionston’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create marketing assets such as photos, videos, brochures and promotional graphics.
• Write compelling copy for social media, website pages and other marketing materials.
• Support branding, advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in organizing property launches, open houses, networking events and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and external vendors.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in content marketing, social media or similar roles.
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, creative and able to work independently.
