Control Tower – Supply Chain Operations

About the role

Our client, a leading global logistics and supply chain alliance, is looking for a Control Tower professional to coordinate end‑to‑end logistics operations across Africa. The role involves overseeing freight movement, customs clearance, warehousing, inventory and distribution while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate freight, customs, warehousing, inventory and distribution activities.
• Monitor performance data, analyse trends and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, customs regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise supply‑chain performance.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Prepare performance reports and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations management.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP are a plus.
