Cook – Multi Cuisines (Arabic, Continental, Asian)

About the role

The Cook – Multi Cuisines will prepare Arabic, Asian and Continental dishes in a high‑volume catering environment. You will ensure each plate meets the required standards of quality, taste and presentation while supporting the kitchen’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook large batches of Arabic, Asian and Continental menu items according to recipes and portion controls.
• Maintain consistent taste, texture and visual appeal across all dishes.
• Monitor stock levels, portioning and waste to optimise production efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to HACCP and food‑safety procedures throughout the kitchen.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Minimum five years (60 months) experience in industrial catering, hotel or large‑volume kitchen operations.
• Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse work environments and menu changes.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food‑safety standards.
• Expertise in bulk food production and portion control.
• Technical proficiency in Arabic, Asian and Continental cuisine preparation.
