About the role
This full‑time on‑site position in Nairobi County involves selling insurance solutions to clients while upholding the company’s values of integrity and customer focus.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients and assess their insurance needs.
- Recommend suitable insurance products and manage policies.
- Build and maintain client relationships through professional advice.
- Achieve sales targets while preserving the brand’s promise.
Required profile
- Strong background in law enforcement with knowledge of police procedures and criminal investigations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- COP or ECOP certification in insurance.
- Proven sales or client‑management experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets and demonstrate initiative.
Required skills
- COP (Certificate of Proficiency) qualification.
- ECOP (Enhanced Certificate of Proficiency) qualification.
