Corporate Affairs Officer

About the role

The Corporate Affairs Officer will support Safal Group’s stakeholder engagement, public relations and internal communication initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, the role combines strategic planning, content creation and event coordination within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly departmental reports and track activity impact in collaboration with Marketing.
• Develop and monitor stakeholder mapping, engagement plans and CSR initiatives.
• Assist in creating and implementing the PR & Communication strategy and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Draft press releases, manage media inquiries and monitor news coverage to protect the corporate brand.
• Coordinate logistics and branding for corporate events, conferences and stakeholder forums.
• Lead internal communication campaigns, manage intranet content and produce staff publications.

Required profile

• Degree in Media & Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism or Business Administration.
• At least 7 years of experience in communications, public relations or media, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to influence senior management and deliver high‑quality written content.
• Strong organisational skills and advanced computer literacy.

• Social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter.
• Content Management Systems and intranet platforms.
• Basic graphic design and video editing.
• Digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
