Corporate Salary Advance Loan Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Corporate Salary Advance Loan Agent to drive loan origination and build strong employer‑payroll relationships. You will be responsible for meeting loan disbursement targets while ensuring a high‑quality portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly loan disbursement and revenue targets by originating quality salary‑advance loans.
• Acquire new customers and onboard corporate payroll partners to expand the borrower base.
• Maintain low default rates and keep the Portfolio at Risk (PAR) within approved thresholds.
• Ensure full compliance with credit policy, KYC, AML/CFT, and regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service through timely processing, clear communication, and prompt issue resolution.
• Submit accurate sales, pipeline, portfolio, and activity reports and keep records up‑to‑date in the loan management system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in salary‑advance lending, consumer lending, banking, SACCOs, micro‑finance, or digital lending.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with employer payroll onboarding and relationship management is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, meet KPIs, and maintain high standards of compliance.
