Creative Content Creator & Videographer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Content Creator/Videographer to own the end‑to‑end production of brand‑focused social media content for BB Bread. You will generate ideas, shoot, edit and publish short‑form videos and photos that resonate with Kenyan culture and keep the brand fun and family‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fresh, on‑brand content ideas and manage a monthly content calendar.
• Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, skits, photos, stories and other short‑form video content.
• Jump on trends quickly by spotting trending sounds, formats, memes and adapting them into BB Bread content.
• Write engaging, funny captions and scripts that match the brand voice.
• Post and manage content across BB Bread’s social platforms and actively engage with the community.
• Collaborate with designers, influencers and other creators for larger productions.
• Support digital campaigns, activations and product launches with on‑the‑ground content.
• Track performance metrics and use insights to improve future content.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or advertising.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original social media content and creative ideas.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Kenyan cultural trends.
