Creative Producer (Performance Marketing)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the creative production engine for user acquisition and performance marketing across multiple digital products. Based in Kenya and working fully remotely, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of video, static, GIF, and landing‑page assets, turning data‑driven insights into high‑impact creative concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full creative production pipeline, delivering 100+ video, static and GIF assets per month.
• Oversee landing‑page and funnel creation for roughly 20 projects monthly, coordinating developers and designers.
• Research, develop, and test new creative formats beyond incoming briefs.
• Analyze performance data to decide which concepts to scale, iterate, or discontinue.
• Write clear briefs and scripts, and directly produce and edit photo and video content.
• Coordinate freelance creatives and external agencies, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Explore and implement AI‑powered creative generation tools to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with performance‑marketing and cross‑functional teams to align creative output with acquisition goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, creative operations, or a similar production‑focused role.
• Background in mobile gaming, iGaming, or B2C digital products is preferred.
• Experience in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑based creative generation tools and mobile‑first ad formats for Meta and TikTok.
