Creative Videographer for Digital Media

About the role

We are looking for a talented Videographer to join our creative team in Nairobi. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality video content that supports our marketing and brand storytelling initiatives across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute short‑form and long‑form video shoots.
• Set up and operate camera, lighting and audio equipment on set.
• Capture both planned and spontaneous footage for authentic brand narratives.
• Edit and produce short‑form videos optimized for social media, adding captions, transitions, graphics and trending audio.
• Export and format content for various digital platforms.
• Organise, archive and maintain media files and backups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align video output with marketing objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and propose innovative content ideas.

Required profile

• Diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication or a related field.
• At least four years of proven videography and video‑editing experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing documentary, brand or corporate videos and social‑media reels.
• Excellent creative, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CapCut.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable professional video‑editing software.
