Customer Sales Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, fashion‑savvy Customer Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Nairobi. You will help create an outstanding shopping experience, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the store’s overall success. You will greet and assist customers, provide product recommendations and styling advice, drive sales through upselling, maintain visual merchandising, process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns, monitor inventory, keep the store clean, and support opening and closing duties.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
• Offer product recommendations and styling advice based on customer preferences
• Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and upselling techniques
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store through proper merchandising and stock arrangement
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns with professionalism
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment
• Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
• Assist in opening and closing duties as scheduled
