Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the Customer Care team at Finley International Ltd, Kenya’s leading credit management firm. In this role you will manage all customer interactions across phone, email and mail, ensuring a professional and consistent service that supports debt recovery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound customer contacts within defined time limits, using the corporate greeting and verifying customer identity.
• Provide accurate product information, guide customers on next steps, and resolve queries related to settled debts.
• Classify each contact reason and capture complete customer details in the relevant systems to maintain data integrity.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information in line with performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely clearance of settled debts.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 24 months experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to verify customer identity.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in handling telephone, email and postal communications.
• Experience with customer information systems and data entry.
