About the role
The Customer Service Intern will support daily customer service operations within an aviation environment. The role is on‑site in Nairobi and is designed for recent graduates who can demonstrate strong communication, teamwork and professionalism.
Required profile
- University degree obtained within the last four (4) years, relevant to the internship area.
- Additional professional qualifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, learning agility and professionalism.
- Demonstrated interest in the aviation industry is a plus.
