Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team, supporting international clients and customers. The role involves delivering reliable, professional assistance across multiple communication channels while maintaining a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, and social media.
• Assist with product, order, account, billing, and service‑related questions.
• Identify customer concerns and provide clear, accurate, and friendly solutions.
• Resolve issues efficiently while adhering to client processes and service standards.
• Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate team.
• Document interactions and keep accurate records.
• Manage multiple conversations and tasks without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure proper handling of customer concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or support experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and calmness under pressure.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work shifts based on client requirements.
• Experience in e‑commerce, BPO, SaaS, retail, hospitality or similar sectors is a plus.
