Customer Service & Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service & Sales Assistant to manage our client database, generate new leads and support the growth of our market presence in the banking and finance sector. The role combines front‑line customer support with proactive sales activities to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company’s customer database while identifying and pursuing new leads according to the strategic plan.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients across assigned key sectors.
• Design, present and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and enhance brand visibility.
• Contribute ideas for marketing collateral such as brochures, product profiles, website content, logos and stationery.
• Identify opportunities for market presence through seminars, conferences, professional organisations and forums.
• Acquire thorough knowledge of company products, their benefits and competitive positioning to meet customer expectations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in customer service, sales or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Customer Service, Marketing, Sales or a related business discipline.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and self‑motivation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Working knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
