Customer Success Manager

About the role

Tana is looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with our client partners and ensure high satisfaction and retention. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams such as Recruitment, Training, and Talent Success, helping talent thrive in remote placements across North America and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, translate their requirements into actionable briefs, and ensure Day‑1 readiness for talent placements.
• Conduct regular check‑ins with client managers, gather feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to meet expectations.
• Monitor account health, track contract renewals, and proactively address performance or retention risks.
• Identify growth opportunities, propose expansions, and support referrals or new role placements.
• Contribute to process standardisation, documentation, and automation to scale the Client Success function.

Required profile

• 5+ years in client‑facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, B2B Sales, or Project Management.
• Proven experience working with North American and/or European clients.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior stakeholders.
• Strong judgment and problem‑solving abilities in high‑stakes, ambiguous situations.
