Customer (Supplier) Support Associate – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

The Supplier (Customer) Support Associate will join Assent’s Supplier Support team in Eldoret, providing multi‑channel assistance to suppliers and ensuring high‑quality compliance data for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers via email, chat and conference calls to gather compliance information and assist with requests.
• Engage unresponsive suppliers using multi‑channel outreach, education webinars and follow‑up calls.
• Provide language support for internal translations, webinars and prospect calls with the sales team.
• Validate and ensure quality assurance of compliance data submitted by suppliers.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma from a recognized institution.
• 1‑2 years of experience in administration, reporting, research, data handling, supplier or customer support, or call‑centre environments.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace applications.
