Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Support Specialist to join a fast‑growing boutique fitness studio group. Working remotely, you will be the first point of contact for members and on‑site trainers, handling bookings, account queries, refunds and other routine requests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via chat, WhatsApp or email, ensuring a warm, down‑to‑earth tone.
• Assist on‑site trainers with urgent requests outside regular hours.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Represent the brand consistently across all written communications.

Required profile

• Excellent written English with a natural, empathetic voice.
• Strong judgment and the ability to make independent decisions.
• Reliability and ownership in a small, remote‑first team.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.
• German language skills are a plus but not required.
