Data Engineer - Machine Learning and Data Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Data Engineer with a strong focus on machine learning and data analytics to lead the creation, prototyping and continuous evolution of digital products. The role blends technical expertise with design thinking, requiring close collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to define project needs and drive progress.
• Establish and uphold design‑thinking standards, creating guidelines and best‑practice processes.
• Conceptualise, iterate, prototype and test solutions to deliver strategic, elegant and simple designs.
• Analyse complex systems, distil insights and develop inventive data‑driven solutions.
• Ground work in deep client understanding and leverage strategic insights to expand creative opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams that ship high‑impact digital products and experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, train and mentor design or data‑focused teams, providing clear direction.
• Strong track record of collaborating with cross‑disciplinary partners and leaders.
• Ability to unblock difficult challenges and guide teams toward innovative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills to communicate process, approach and impact.
