Data Entry & IT Intern

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and tech‑savvy individual to join our team immediately as a Data Entry & IT Intern. This hybrid position requires you to work in the office four days a week and remotely one day, supporting our recruitment drive by managing candidate information and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input applicant data into Google Sheets and internal databases.
• Call candidates to verify information and follow up on missing details.
• Request and receive essential attachments such as police clearance and passport copies.
• Assist in creating and formatting templates for data collection and reporting.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for data‑related tools.
• Maintain organized records of candidate status and submission logs.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
• Immediate availability and ability to commute to the office four days a week.

What we offer

• Salary of KES 20,000 – 25,000 per month.
