Delivery Manager – ERP & SaaS Implementation

About the role

The Delivery Manager will own end‑to‑end delivery of ERP, SaaS and digital transformation solutions for multiple clients. You will be accountable for speed, quality and reliability of implementations, ensuring consistent high‑quality outcomes at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery lifecycle from kickoff through configuration, migration, training, UAT, go‑live and stabilization.
• Manage multiple concurrent client implementations, prioritising work streams based on business impact and deadlines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (CS, BA, Engineering, Product) to meet SLAs, KPIs and contractual obligations.
• Engage with clients at kickoffs, steering committees and executive meetings, setting expectations on scope, timelines and go‑live requirements.
• Maintain CRM discipline, document interactions and drive continuous improvement of processes and tools.
• Supervise implementation, customer support and technical support teams, providing coaching and performance management.
• Ensure effective utilisation of ERP, ticketing, CRM and service‑management tools, and drive workflow optimisation.
• Track and report delivery metrics, analyse trends and present insights to management and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years experience in delivery, implementation or operations management of ERP, SaaS or enterprise digital projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations and drive execution.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile, Hybrid or other enterprise delivery methodologies.
