Demand Generation Marketer (B2B SaaS)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Demand Generation Marketer to build and scale inbound and outbound lead engines for NovaFleet, a B2B SaaS solution serving Kenyan SMEs. You will own the full funnel – from awareness to demo booking – and work in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, WhatsApp and community channels.
• Design and manage a simple funnel: landing page → lead capture → nurture → demo booking.
• Set up and improve tracking of sources, conversion rates and demo show‑up rates.
• Create weekly, outcome‑focused content (case studies, ROI stories, short videos) that converts.
• Develop WhatsApp/email nurture sequences and reminder flows to boost demo attendance.
• Own landing‑page copy, lead magnets and conversion tweaks using Webflow, Wix, WordPress or Framer.
• Run weekly experiments (hooks, creatives, offers, audiences) and share a dashboard of leads, demos, CPL and top channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of demand‑generation or growth‑marketing experience (B2B a plus).
• Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages and WhatsApp/email messages.
• Proven ability to build end‑to‑end funnels and track performance.
• Comfortable working quickly in a startup, testing, learning and shipping.
• Nice‑to‑have experience marketing to Kenyan SMEs in mobility, logistics, fintech or SaaS.
