About the role
We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our franchised outpatient centre in Westlands, Nairobi. The role involves supporting dentists in delivering high‑quality, affordable dental care to patients while maintaining accurate clinical records.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the dental team during examinations and procedures.
- Document and keep patient records, follow care plans, and manage medication and prescription administration.
- Enter clinical data, generate reports and perform basic data analysis.
- Provide courteous customer service and support patient care throughout the visit.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental unit.
- Diploma in Dental Assisting or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry, analysis and report generation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask and prioritize workload.
