Digital Ads Specialist

About the role

Shop Marketing Pros is seeking a results‑driven Digital Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimise paid‑media campaigns for automotive‑repair clients. This full‑time remote position offers the chance to work daily on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other platforms while collaborating with a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Google Local Services Ads.
• Develop visually appealing ad creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
• Write compelling, conversion‑focused ad copy for Facebook and Google campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, adjust targeting and audience segmentation to maximise ROI.
• Maintain detailed campaign documentation and reporting using project‑management tools.
• Identify process improvements and share insights with the broader team.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and detail‑oriented.
• Collaborative mindset with ownership of assigned accounts.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns and tight deadlines.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
