Digital & E‑commerce Assistant Manager

About the role

The Digital & E‑commerce Assistant Manager will support the hotel’s digital marketing strategy, driving online traffic, engagement and direct bookings across all digital channels. Working within a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications, Revenue Management and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the annual digital marketing plan aligned with hotel objectives.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor paid search, display, email, social media and remarketing campaigns.
• Maintain the hotel website and booking engine, ensuring accurate content, brand compliance and timely promotional updates.
• Monitor website performance, user experience and conversion metrics, recommending improvements to increase traffic and direct bookings.
• Ensure OTA content accuracy, rate parity and promotional opportunities.
• Produce regular performance reports, dashboards and insights for senior management.
• Support content creation, photography, video and social media campaigns.
• Monitor online guest reviews and reputation platforms, assisting initiatives to improve guest engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or hospitality marketing.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a luxury hospitality setting.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Google Ads.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
• Knowledge of SEO techniques.
• Experience using email marketing platforms.
