Digital Marketer – Full‑Time

About the role

PowerVision Consultancy is seeking a proactive Digital Marketer to drive its online presence and recruitment campaigns. You will shape digital strategies, manage the website and social channels, and use AI tools to boost content quality and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and recruitment goals.
• Maintain and regularly update the company website, including job listings, service pages, blogs and other content.
• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and create engaging, professional posts.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, research, campaign development and performance tracking.
• Produce graphics, short‑form videos, reels and other visual assets.
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through digital channels.
• Optimise Google Business Profile and overall online brand presence.
• Implement SEO‑friendly content to improve organic reach.
• Monitor website traffic, social media metrics and campaign results, providing regular reports.
• Support email marketing and other digital communication initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Proven ability to manage and update business websites.
• Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organisation.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content creation.
• Creative, proactive, highly organised and able to work with minimal supervision.
