Digital Marketing & Administration Officer

About the role

St. Bakhita Schools is looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Administration Officer to support the Managing Director and elevate the school’s online presence. This dual‑function role blends high‑level executive assistance with strategic digital communication to attract students and engage stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director, including diary management, meeting coordination and correspondence handling.
• Organise Senior Management Team meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and follow up on action items.
• Assist in planning and executing institutional events, executive engagements and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that showcase school programmes, achievements and brand.
• Create and curate content for social media platforms, the school website, newsletters and other digital channels.
• Maintain consistency of visual identity, messaging and branding across all communications.
• Monitor emerging digital trends and recommend innovative approaches to improve online visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in executive administration, communications or digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing social media platforms, website content and digital campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
