Digital Marketing Associate (Remote)

About the role

CloserMed is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join its remote, international team. You will receive a paid training and selection period before moving into a longer‑term position, working from anywhere in the world.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Design and build ad creatives, including static visuals, carousels, reels, videos and motion graphics.
• Oversee SEO and keyword strategy to improve website visibility.
• Create or coordinate content for emails, blogs, landing pages and social media.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS and conversions.
• Manage email‑marketing platforms and automation workflows (e.g., Zapier).
• Prepare performance reports and deliver actionable insights.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, data‑savvy and passionate about using digital channels for real‑world impact.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Self‑starter comfortable with remote work, deadlines and autonomy.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
• SEO and keyword research.
• Zapier workflow automation.
• Campaign performance analysis (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions).
