Digital Marketing & Communications Officer

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Communications Officer will lead the school’s online presence, creating and curating content that supports admissions, events and brand awareness. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars for all social media platforms.
• Produce engaging copy, graphics and video assets for campaigns and daily posts.
• Manage online communities, responding to comments, messages and enquiries in a professional manner.
• Support digital advertising and email campaigns for admissions, school events and key initiatives.
• Monitor social media analytics, generate performance reports and recommend optimisation tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, communications or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and community management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, organised and results‑oriented.
• Experience in an education or customer‑focused environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Canva (or similar graphic design tools).
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of digital content creation workflows.
