Digital Marketing Executive (Hotel)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will lead the online presence of a boutique hotel, creating and executing strategies that drive bookings and enhance brand reputation. This full‑time position works closely with operations and sales teams to showcase the hotel’s facilities and guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
• Create, schedule and publish engaging graphics, videos, campaigns and blog content.
• Plan and run paid advertising on Google Ads and social platforms.
• Monitor online reviews, respond professionally and improve guest satisfaction.
• Optimize website content for SEO and conversion rate improvements.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics, recommending enhancements.
• Coordinate promotions, events and special offers to increase occupancy.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to produce authentic visual and written content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum two years of digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
