Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Lionston Real Estate Limited is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to drive online campaigns, generate leads and support the sales funnel. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the sales team to promote property listings and brand initiatives across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other platforms.
• Support lead‑generation activities and track performance against budgets.
• Manage online property listings and maintain digital marketing channels.
• Prepare regular performance reports and update marketing dashboards.
• Assist with website updates, CRM data entry and marketing database upkeep.
• Coordinate property launches, open houses, events and exhibitions.
• Liaise with external agencies, suppliers and business partners as needed.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales team on project‑specific promotions.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience in real‑estate marketing is an advantage.
