Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of Powervision Consultancy’s digital marketing strategy, aligning it with overall business and revenue goals. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation and online sales growth across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that supports revenue targets.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on social media, search engines, email, website and other digital platforms.
• Monitor website, campaign and sales performance using analytics tools and report on KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversion rates and ROI.
• Manage the digital marketing budget to maximise return on investment.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate the digital marketing team, setting clear objectives and ensuring accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial and Management teams to align digital initiatives with sales targets.
• Oversee website, online reputation and overall digital customer experience.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activity and identify emerging digital opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in e‑commerce and digital sales, preferably in retail or telecommunications.
• Proven experience leading and managing a digital marketing team.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into business decisions.
• Commercial mindset with solid understanding of sales, revenue and ROI.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
