Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are building a high‑performance digital marketing operation in Kenya to serve U.S. clients. The Digital Marketing Specialist will design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube, LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and A/B testing of ads, landing pages and creatives.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, create SEO‑driven content and monitor website performance.
• Manage social media accounts, maintain content calendars and engage with audiences.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing campaigns and CRM data quality.
• Track, analyse and report on lead generation, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per acquisition and ROAS.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing (mid‑level).
• Proven track record in paid advertising, lead generation and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in healthcare, professional services, SaaS, technology or B2B environments is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
