About the role

We are a fast‑moving, design‑forward digital agency seeking a passionate Digital Project Manager/Coordinator. You will sit at the intersection of project coordination, content production, and client communication, ensuring every deliverable is organized, on time, and polished.

Key responsibilities

• Own task management in ClickUp, keeping teams and clients on track with deadlines, reminders, and follow‑ups.
• Write and produce blog content and website copy using Copy.ai from SEO outlines, and copy‑edit all content for accuracy and publish‑readiness.
• Review client websites on mobile and desktop, flag issues, and conduct QA testing across development stages.
• Draft client‑facing emails, respond to inquiries promptly, and represent the agency with a confident, solution‑oriented communication style.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in program or project coordination within a digital agency, SaaS, or marketing operations environment.
• Systems thinker who can manage multiple projects without losing the thread.
• Excellent communicator with crisp written updates and confidence on Zoom.
• Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates needs and removes blockers.
• Comfortable facilitating meetings and driving cross‑functional follow‑through.
• Data‑curious, able to interpret metrics and capacity signals.
• Thrives in a fast‑moving, quality‑obsessed team where deadlines are non‑negotiable.
