Direct Sales Representative

About the role

The Direct Sales Representative will be the front‑line ambassador for Jenebys Enterprises Limited in Mombasa, engaging customers face‑to‑face to showcase product features and drive sales. You will work closely with the sales team to meet targets while delivering a professional, service‑oriented experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct customer interaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate benefits.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare basic sales reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues on promotional activities and sales campaigns.
• Adhere to company sales processes, standards, and ongoing training.

Required profile

• Entry‑level qualification; no specific degree required.
• At least 1 month of sales or customer‑facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
