Driver (Full-Time)

About the role

The Driver will provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for staff, goods, documents and operational supplies across all company locations. This full‑time position supports inventory movement, procurement activities, branch replenishments and emergency deliveries while maintaining vehicle care and compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to transport personnel, inventory, documents and supplies on schedule.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips, ensuring roadworthiness and cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, mileage, fuel records and trip reports.
• Monitor fuel consumption, report abnormal usage and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Safeguard assets during transit, verify delivery notes and obtain proof of delivery.
• Load, transport and off‑load goods safely, verifying quantities against documentation.
• Report accidents, damages, mechanical issues or delays to management immediately.
• Support urgent operational requests and emergency deliveries as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of professional driving experience.
• Valid driver’s licence for the vehicle class used.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance coordination.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation, fuel tracking and logbook entry.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with suppliers, staff and other stakeholders.
