Driver Performance Manager

About the role

The Driver Performance Manager will lead the coordination and performance management of our ride‑hailing platform partnership. You will oversee driver productivity, incentive optimisation and operational efficiency while managing key stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Track metrics, conduct deep‑dive analysis of operational data and surface root‑cause findings to drive corrective actions.
• Reconcile and optimise partnership incentives and revenue opportunities to maximise ROI.
• Drive strategic partnership performance, escalating critical issues and aggregating driver insights for decision‑making.
• Lead, coordinate and hold the driver performance team accountable for operational excellence and KPI achievement.
• Prepare and facilitate weekly and monthly performance reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
• Own critical issue resolution, collaborating cross‑functionally to improve service delivery.
• Execute onboarding, training and performance management initiatives for drivers and operational staff.
• Monitor competitor e‑hailing platforms and their value propositions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations, program management, mobility, logistics, fintech or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience in performance monitoring, budgeting and ROI management.
• Proven track record of leading teams to measurable results.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including senior leadership engagement.
