About the role
As a Driver for Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, products, or materials while ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with all traffic and company regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport passengers or goods.
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and delivery instructions.
- Ensure timely pick‑up and drop‑off of passengers, products, or materials.
- Load and unload items, handling them properly.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Keep the vehicle clean, fuelled, and in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate logs, trip records, and delivery documentation.
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers or passengers.
Required profile
- WASSCE Certificate or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s licence for the appropriate vehicle class.
- Proven experience as a driver (preferred).
