Drivers Supervisor

About the role

The Drivers Supervisor will lead a team of drivers for Express Impress Car Hire Ltd, ensuring smooth daily operations and vehicle readiness. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will coordinate driver assignments, monitor vehicle condition, and uphold safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate drivers to designated vehicles and verify uniform compliance.
• Oversee vehicle handover at shift changes, checking condition and reporting any malfunctions immediately.
• Prepare vehicle utilisation reports by 10:00 am each shift.
• Confirm all drivers hold valid driving licences and PSV permits.
• Collect and verify driver worksheets, forwarding them to the appropriate authority on time.
• Ensure timely dispatch of vehicles for early‑morning client pickups.
• Manage accident procedures, including police reports and incident documentation for the Fleet Manager.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Fleet Manager.

Required profile

• O‑Level certificate (minimum); a diploma or certificate in any field is an advantage.
• Previous experience supervising drivers.
• Good understanding of traffic regulations.
• Valid driving licence with PSV endorsement.
