Dynamics 365 CRM Developer – In‑House Technical Role

About the role

Kaziweza Limited is expanding its Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and needs an in‑house Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) Developer. You will work closely with departmental key users and functional leads to translate business needs into technical solutions and own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the system.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders.
• Produce Technical Design Documents, solution specifications and effort estimates.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Develop plug‑ins, custom workflow activities and assemblies using C#/.NET.
• Create JavaScript/TypeScript web resources, PCF controls and Power Apps (model‑driven and canvas).
• Design and extend the Dataverse data model, including tables, relationships and security roles.
• Build integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other systems via Web API, Dual‑write, Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
• Manage solution lifecycle (ALM), packaging, deployment and ongoing support.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE development.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Experience working in a collaborative, in‑house environment.
