E-commerce S&CM Manager

About the role

The E‑commerce S&CM Manager will drive the online performance of our brands by aligning national brand plans with e‑commerce strategies. Working closely with local brand teams and the global e‑commerce function, you will ensure that product content, media plans and promotions are delivered on time and generate strong ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement local “perfect store” online standards across all e‑commerce channels.
• Translate national brand plans into e‑commerce concepts, promotions and pack designs.
• Own retailer.com media planning, activation and performance measurement.
• Coordinate with in‑house digital agency to develop and launch retailer.com campaigns.
• Develop A+ content, SEO‑optimized product description pages, brand stores and visibility banners.
• Manage full product detail page (PDP) lifecycle to maximise conversion, average order value and brand positioning.
• Analyse product placement and web analytics to optimise the online shopper journey.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the online assortment and drive creation of exclusive e‑commerce ranges.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce management, preferably within consumer goods or retail.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data, web metrics and market trends.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills to work with brand, media, supply and agency partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
