Electric Technician

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Electric Technician to join our manufacturing team in Westlands, Nairobi. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting industrial electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted production.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years (60 months) experience as an Electrical Technician.
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and machinery.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of electrical safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
