Electrical Maintenance Senior Coordinator

About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking a sharp, mid-level Electrical Maintenance Senior Coordinator with at least 2 years of industrial experience to lead the electrical maintenance and automation systems at the Sagana production facility. The role blends hands-on troubleshooting with team leadership, overseeing preventative maintenance, PLC/SCADA automation, safety compliance, and a shift crew of Maintenance Technicians to maximise uptime.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and mentor on‑shift Maintenance Technicians, ensuring clear task assignment and balanced shift coverage.
• Enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and high‑voltage safety procedures across the technical crew.
• Conduct training and performance feedback to improve diagnostic capabilities.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to align maintenance windows with operational goals.
• Execute the facility’s preventive electrical maintenance plan aligned with 48‑hour run / 12‑hour maintenance cycles.
• Rapidly diagnose and resolve electrical faults, component failures, and wiring issues during live operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory of critical electrical spares and instrumentation to avoid delays.
• Assist in supervising external electrical contractors or specialized vendors during major upgrades.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Proven experience supervising or leading a team of maintenance technicians.
• Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and high‑voltage safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a shift environment and coordinate with production teams.
