About the role
We are seeking an Electrical Technician to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PABX and other telecommunications equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain PABX telephone systems.
- Perform routine checks and repairs on networking and communication equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic faults in telecom infrastructure.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure system reliability and compliance with safety standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, ICT or a related field.
- Minimum three years of hands‑on experience with PABX systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
