Embedded PMO – Visa Implementation Services for Bank Client

About the role

The Embedded PMO will be stationed onsite at the Bank Client’s offices for a six‑month fixed‑term engagement, providing dedicated Project Management Office support for Visa implementation initiatives. This role focuses on disciplined execution, governance, and coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of coordination for all Visa‑Bank Client initiatives.
• Establish and maintain structured PMO governance across concurrent projects.
• Develop integrated initiative plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Track progress against plans, reporting status, risks, issues, and required actions.
• Identify, log, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate inputs across business, technology, operations, and delivery teams.
• Liaise with Visa subject‑matter experts to enable effective implementation support.
• Prepare, consolidate, and validate implementation documentation and reports.
• Facilitate decision‑making through clear data visibility and structured escalation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PMO or project coordination roles, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to produce executive‑ready summaries.
