Engagement Manager – Client Success (Remote)

About the role

This remote Engagement Manager position is designed for early‑career professionals who enjoy working closely with clients to translate business goals into actionable plans. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships while collaborating with global delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, understanding their goals, priorities, and workflows.
• Translate client needs into clear execution plans and lead structured conversations with executives and stakeholders.
• Monitor service performance, suggest improvements, and support client retention, renewals, and account growth.
• Prepare and present reports, insights, and ROI‑driven updates to demonstrate value.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery across distributed teams and develop deeper business understanding to drive additional value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Customer Success or Account Management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with data and people, and able to translate insights into actions.
