Enterprise Product Manager – LEO Satellite

About the role

The Enterprise Product Manager will lead the strategy, development and lifecycle of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite products, ensuring they meet customer satellite and digital transformation objectives. This role bridges market insights, technical development, and commercial execution to drive growth in the satellite connectivity market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with customer satellite and digital transformation goals.
• Identify market opportunities through research, competitive analysis and customer feedback.
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives and manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept to launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Collaborate with network, technical and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product development and deployment.
• Conduct market and customer analysis to monitor emerging technologies, competitor offerings and industry trends.
• Define pricing strategies, revenue models and support sales with product positioning, proposals and technical presentations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (CX, sales, marketing, finance, SCM) and external partners to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
• Track product performance, revenue and adoption metrics, and implement improvements throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in ICT, telecom or technology product management.
• Experience with enterprise satellite solutions (GEO/MEO/LEO) and managed services.
• Exposure to the telecommunications or digital services industry.
